Frequently Asked Questions

Who is allowed to join the Audio/Video team?

In most cases, we ask our volunteers to attend BBC for a minimum of 3 months before serving. However, any adult can request to join the Audio/Video team. We may ask a few follow-up questions regarding your interests and technical abilities to ensure your desired role is a good fit.

How often does the Audio/Video team meet?

Outside of regular service times, this group meets twice yearly to discuss process improvements and brainstorm ways to freshen up our weekly services.

I'm not great with technology, can I still serve?

In many cases, yes. Some of our responsibilities are relatively easy and require minimal training.
