Steve & Belva Kotlarczyk
Steve and Belva are missionaries with SEND International and served in Tokyo, Japan for the past 40 years. They grew up in Belleville. Both Steve and Belva keep busy with various ministries including personal evangelism, and lending a hand at their church. Steve teaches a monthly
English Bible class and Belva teaches English classes. They have also been busy ministering to those affected by the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan.
